5. International Duties & Taxes (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

ReGlow ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that all international orders are shipped “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU). This means the price you pay at checkout includes the product and shipping cost only.

We do not collect international import duties, taxes, or VAT.

These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for sending the product back.
