Overview These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReGlow website and services. The website is owned and operated by E.O. Cosmetics LLC (doing business as ReGlow). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the ReGlow website ("Site") and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Registration To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Product Descriptions We strive to ensure that product descriptions and other content on the Site are accurate, complete, and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. If a product offered by ReGlow is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition as per our Return Policy.

7. Pricing and International Orders

  • Currency: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

  • Taxes and Duties (DDU): Prices displayed on the Site do not include international taxes, duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or customs fees. All international orders are shipped "Delivery Duty Unpaid."

  • Customer Responsibility: By placing an order for delivery outside of the United States, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and are responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, or taxes charged by your country’s customs department.

  • Refusal of Delivery: ReGlow is not liable for packages that are abandoned or refused due to non-payment of these fees. Refunds will not be issued for orders where the customer has refused to pay the required customs duties, or strict restocking fees will apply at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • No Liability for Indirect Damages: ReGlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or goodwill.

  • No Warranty: Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Limited Remedies: If ReGlow is found liable for any damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReGlow and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law These Terms and your use of the Site and Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bergen County, New Jersey USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Bergen County, New Jersey USA.

11. Changes to Terms ReGlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site and Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
