Start clean and dry
Wash your hands. Cleanse the face or target scalp/beard area and make sure it is completely dry and free from styling products.
Use the matching serum
Pour one treatment dose into its system chamber and attach a fresh sterile applicator head without overtightening.
Confirm serum flow
Turn the device upside down for about two minutes, tap gently and test the flow on clean skin before beginning.
Work in sections
Keep the applicator perpendicular and stamp with controlled, overlapping placement. Lift between stamps rather than dragging.
You do not need to perform the facial and scalp routines on the same day. Separate sessions can make preparation and aftercare easier. Never reuse or share a treatment head.

What is included in the Micro Infusion Duo?
The Duo combines a 3-month ReGlow facial Micro-Infusion System with a 3-month ReGlow Hair Micro-Infusion System. The facial system includes its device, sterile applicator heads and Anti-Aging Serum treatment doses. The hair system is a six-session routine with its reusable chamber, six sterile single-use applicator heads and six REGEN:STEM+ serum vials.
Are the face and hair formulas the same?
No. They are separate cosmetic formulas designed for different visible concerns. Use the facial serum with the facial routine and REGEN:STEM+ with the hair/scalp routine rather than interchanging them.
How often do I use each system?
Both routines are generally used about once every one to two weeks. Follow the complete instructions included with each specific system and allow the treatment area to feel comfortable before the next session.
Do I have to use the face and scalp systems on the same day?
No. They are independent routines. Separating the sessions can make preparation and aftercare easier and lets you focus on one treatment area at a time.
Can I reuse the applicator heads?
No. Use a fresh sterile, single-use applicator head for every treatment session and discard it after use. Do not share treatment heads or a used applicator with another person.
What should I avoid around treatment?
